Commit just 15 minutes a day to strengthen your mind. The bite-sized, app-guided exercises build neural pathways tailored to your needs and challenges.

Each week, an inspiring hour-long video will guide you through experiential learning. These immersive sessions will motivate you to keep practicing and sustain what you've learned.

You'll have weekly meetings with Larry McInnes and other members of your “pod” for discussion of the week’s focus, as well as accountability and support. This is a proven way to establish lasting mental fitness habits.

As you rewire your brain, you'll receive instant feedback on your progress in building the three core muscles of mental strength. In as little as six weeks, this brain change may even be visible on an MRI.
